150th Anniversary Celebrations
In 1872, one year after Boulder was incorporated, ten members of the new town organized the First Presbyterian Church of Boulder. In 1896 the historic Chapel was built to provide a worship space for a congregation of 183 people.
Grace Commons Church is celebrating the 150th anniversary of its life together. Join us throughout this summer & fall for special events as we celebrate 150 years in Boulder:
Ice Cream Social
AUG 28 | 11am | ATRIUM
In the 1980s, this church celebrated the end of summer and start of the school year with an ice cream social. Following worship, we will be holding the 2022 version of an ice social. Join us as we celebrate our youth and 150 years of God's faithfulness to this place.
Grace Commons Symposium
SEPT 9-10
Come think in fresh, new ways about your discipleship and the role of faith in how you interact with the world and others!
We have assembled a lineup of keynote and breakout speakers (meet our speakers) who have been impacted by Grace Commons over the past 50 years and have furthered God’s Kingdom in all sorts of vocations.
This is a great opportunity to invite people who might know our speakers and those who have past connections to Grace Commons that want to reunite with old friends. We will enjoy a happy hour reception, meals from local establishments, and snacks together, so be sure to REGISTER soon so we can prepare for you!
