150 Years of God's Faithfulness

In 1872, one year after Boulder was incorporated, ten members of the new town organized the First Presbyterian Church of Boulder. In 1896 the historic Chapel was built to provide a worship space for a congregation of 183 people.

Grace Commons Church is celebrating the 150th anniversary of its life together. We have marked the occasion with a special ice cream social, the Grace Commons Symposium, Party in the Parking Lot and special worship and brunch on November 6.

Symposium Playlist

On September 9-10, we had the opportunity to hear various speakers talk about how God has used Grace Commons in their lives and ministries. The speakers covered topics ranging from unity in the midst of division, human trafficking, ministering to Gen Z, traditional and contemporary music in worship, church planting and more. Every speaker had their roots in this congregation, and we walked away with a renewed perspective and hope. If you were unable to attend or would like to hear the speakers again, we have created this Symposium Playlist featuring a majority of the sessions.
