Ascent Hiking Series

This summer, we are hosting a variety of guided hikes to complement our Eyes Up sermon series—an opportunity to connect with others on the trail. Watch here for the full schedule of upcoming hikes and details. If possible, please RSVP for these hikes as it helps us know who to look out for and enables us to reach out if weather disrupts the hiking plan.
Featured Upcoming Hike
Sat, Aug 23 | Mt. Bierstadt
Our very own Don Gallotte and Kyle Rohan will lead a hike up Mt. Bierstadt, one of Colorado's iconic 14ers, on Aug 23! If summiting a 14er is your jam, mark your calendar and get your boots ready! The hike will start bright and early before sunrise to allow time to summit and return before dark and/or inclement weather. Carpooling will be available. Space is limited and a waitlist will open once all the spots are full. Registration will close on Aug 9, so make sure to get your spot soon!
Please note, this is not a beginner hike; 14ers are, by their very nature, at high elevation and difficult. This hike is for those who have done 14ers or similar difficult hikes before. All participants must fill out a liability waiver when registering.
About our summer sermon series: The Songs of Ascent are a collection of 15 Psalms once sung by Hebrew pilgrims as they journeyed up to Jerusalem for the annual festivals at the Temple. Each week in worship we will explore how these ancient songs still offer us refuge, encouragement and hope for our journey ahead.
