Connecting through common grace in Jesus.
Roots is a community that brings together people over 55 for fellowship, service, education and spiritual nurturing.
Join us at any of these ongoing ministry programs and activities:
Sewing Circle
The Sewing Circle is a place to gather wisdom and experience – in life and in creativity – as you sew, quilt, and knit alongside other women. All skill levels welcome! Thursdays: 8:30-11:30am, Westminster Hall.
Work Krew
We meet on Tuesdays at 8am every week to refurbish, repair, and improve the church facilities. It is very satisfying to know that you’ve helped keep this old church in tip-top shape - but the real reward may be the great coffee and doughnuts! ALL skill levels are appreciated and useful.
Landscape and Garden Team
May–Oct, help with weekly maintenance to make our church beautiful and welcoming. We tend to each season's flower pots and beds surrounding the church (no mowing) on Wednesdays at 10am.
