Directory Access Request
Welcome to the Grace Commons online database and communication tool: ShelbyNext.
ShelbyNext is an online listing of the participants in the life of our church–partners, worshipers, youth program attenders, and more. In ShelbyNext you will find our church directory, a calendar of Grace Commons events and a place to monitor your giving and program payments.
What you need to know:
- Access the secure and private database through a login and password. Request access using this form.
- Login access gives you the ability to edit and update your own information such as adding a birthdate or updating your email address. You can also upload a photo so that we can make connections with one another.
- Your account gives you access to the church directory which includes the name, photo, phone number, and email address of members of our Grace Commons family.
- The church calendar is accessible from ShelbyNext.
- Login access allows you to keep track of your contributions and your payments for Grace Commons events.
- ShelbyNext is accessible through your website browser or you can download the ShelbyNext app to your phone from the Google Play store or the iPhone App store. Search: ShelbyNext Membership then enter in the domain name gracecommons. Once you've downloaded the app it will ask you for your Directory/ShelbyNext login and password, which is the same on a website browser or the phone app.
In addition to your own access, Grace Commons is using ShelbyNext for our email communication, registration for events, parent check in for children’s programs and online giving.
