Director of Ministry Support and Hospitality
$64K–$70K (annual salary, full-time, 40 hours/week, overtime-exempt position)
This role provides exceptional organizational planning (15%), gracious hospitality (25%) and effective
administrative support (60%) to the Pastor (Head of Staff), Session, committees resourced by the Pastor (Head of Staff)
and other constituents. The goal of this position is to help create a culture of welcoming and gracious hospitality at Grace Commons, by making everything we do warm and hospitable. As the Ministry Support Team Supervisor, this position is responsible for how ministries receive the support needed to help them thrive.
