Practice 4: Inner Peace
"Be anxious for nothing, but by prayers and supplication—with thanksgiving—let your requests be made known to God, and the peace that surpasses all understanding with guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." Phillipians 4:6-7
1. Be aware of your anxieties.
2. Pray through them. let go and detach.
3. Push to gratitude and receive peace.
