Practice 7: Body Prayer
This week Jeff Pratt encourages us to focus on body, mind and spirit:
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?" I Corinthians 6:19
1. Commit to a moderate form of aerobic exercise.
2. Find a Bible verse that corresponds with your spiritual need.
3. Combine the exercise with scripture meditation and/or memorization.
